About

01 What is it?

PWN Drone is a completely custom 3D printed wireless penetration testing platform. Combining a lightweight, and compact drone, with a well established rogue access point and WiFi pentest toolkit. The PWN Drone takes pentesting to the skies!

02  3D Printer

The entire frame of the PWN Drone is 3D printed out of PLA plastic. Not only did this allow me to completely custom design the shape of the drone to fit my needs, but it also allows me to quickly, and easily replace any broken parts. This also allows me to create custom parts in the future. The possibilities are endless.

04 Software

A lot of software was used in this project. The drone flight controller is managed using Mission Planner. Mission Planner allows me to setup the drone controls and flight patterns, as well as program autonomous flight patterns, including take off and landing. I used Google Sketch Up to create my 3D models. This paired with Cura, a slicer to convert the 3D models into files that the 3D printer can read. The WiFi Pineapple is controlled by a web interface allowing me to track and deploy payloads live.
